The small village of Laguiole (the locals say “La-yoll”)in Southern France is famous worldwidefor of its knives.Following a tradition dating from the 19th century, the Laguiole knives are still made in much the same way today.
This salad set is a prime example of the Laguiole tradition. The two pieces adorn the traditional beeand are made of stainless steel. They measure 10 inches long. Theset comes in a wooden case.
