Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please include this number with your return package.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Information

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
